What this site is

The site describes the platforms we build and run and the services around them. It is information, not an offer. Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement, and if anything on this site differs from that agreement, the agreement applies.

Booking a walkthrough or sending an enquiry does not create a contract or any obligation for either side.

Accuracy

We describe our platforms in good faith and keep the site up to date, but details can change. Some screens and dashboards show sample or demo data and are labelled as such. Third-party prices quoted for comparison are the published prices on the date stated and may have changed since.

Intellectual property

The site's text, design, illustrations, and the Vivechana name and badge belong to iDefender IT Services Pvt Ltd. You may link to any page and quote short passages with credit. Please do not copy the site's content or design for other commercial use without our written permission.

Names and logos of other software and services, such as Mattermost, OpenProject, ERPNext, Frappe HRMS, Snipe-IT, vLLM, Qwen and Docker, belong to their owners. They appear only to identify the software we run and do not imply endorsement. Open-source software remains under its own licence.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it.
• Do not use the contact form to send spam, malicious content or someone else's details without their permission.
• Do not use the site in any way that breaks the law.

Other websites and our apps

Links to our product apps (AskDocs, AskMe, MeetNoTime and RelayZap) and to other websites are provided for convenience. Each has its own terms, which apply once you are there. We are not responsible for websites we do not control.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we give no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for any particular purpose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh, have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
